Originally a youth pastor, real estate appraisal is a career change for Rich. He has been appraising since August of '05 and is a licensed appraiser. He is currently working towards an SRA designation in the Appraisal Institute. Rich was born and raised in Davis. In 2008 Rich took over ownership of Louis R. Below Real Estate Appraisals from his Father.

Rich specializes in residential and rural properties in Yolo County as well as parts of Northern Solano County. Solano County coverage areas include the town of Dixon and rural areas that extend up to, but not in to, Vacaville.
