Specializing in Yolo and Northern Solano Counties

Welcome to my appraisal home page. It is my belief that the best appraisals come from local appraisers. I have been appraising in Yolo and Northern Solano counties since 2005, and took over the business from my father, who has appraised in the same area since 1993. I appraise residential properties, 1 - 4 unit residential income properties, small acreage properties, manufactured and mobile homes.

Here are three ways to order an appraisal:

By Phone: (530) 756-6472

By Fax: (530) 756-1529

Or click here

I provide appraisals for:

  • Primary and Secondary Mortgages for purchase and refinance
  • Employee Relocation
  • Private Mortgage Insurance Removal
  • Estate Planning (including date of death valuations)
  • For-Sale-By-Owner (FSBO) / Pre-Listing Services
  • Homeowners who need help making choices such as: Should I rent my property or sell? Should I sell "as-is" or should I remodel first? How much value will this room addition add to my home?
  • Coverage Area

I appraise properties in Yolo County including Brooks, Clarksburg, Davis, Dunnigan, Esparto, Guinda, Knights Landing, Madison, West Sacramento, Winters, Woodland, Zamora and other rural areas of Yolo County. In Solano County I appraise properties in Dixon and unincorporated areas up to, but not including, the city of Vacaville.
