We have been appraising in Yolo and Northern Solano counties since 1993 and limit our coverage to those areas. We appraise residential properties, 1 - 4 unit residential income properties, small acreage properties, manufactured and mobile homes.

In Solano County we appraise properties in Dixon and unincorporated areas up to, but not including, the city of Vacaville.
